Heavens Portfolio offers its representation services to unique travel experiences throughout the world, wishing to enter the Asian Market.

MISSION

Heavens Portfolio came to life after several years of observation of the Asian travel market.

Without any doubt Asia will soon be the largest travel market in the world- it is one of the fastest growing areas of the world, if not the fastest growing over the next two decades.

The question a lot of small or medium luxury hospitality related companies are asking is: “How do I educate this market to understand what my experience is in order to attract them?” and the answer would be:

be on the market yourself or find ambassadors that will spread the word on your behalf.

The main issue those with limited budget are facing is how to penetrate a market that is so large and so diversify- the key to success is really to develop solid relationship with key players in the Asian travel and hospitality business but also think cleverly and avoid going the “standard-route” only, market a brand name isn’t about the number of advertising page you will place in high end magazine- it is how you are going to gain brand awareness thanks to small cross marketing exercise bringing you in touch with the end consumer.

MARKETING

  • Market research and regular update on market trends, demands and
    competition activity.
  • Relationship Travel Marketing. Creating synergy between the client and
    companies of a similar affluent and high identity to create joint marketing activities.
  • Database Travel Marketing. Building up a Client database in segmentation
    to be used for specific marketing initiatives, or direct mail.
  • Distribution of Client’s collateral and other marketing communication
    within the Asian countries.
  • Launch of your brands in key Asian cities
  • The co-ordination and supervision of material in English and for some
    countries in other languages, for advertising, brochure and collateral
    production.
  • Find the right communication strategy by defining the target groups
    and choosing the most cost-effective ways of communication. Define
    clubs and association we could work with.
  • Bank and other specific partners will also be recommended, direct
    marketing

COMMUNICATION

  • Arranging press releases and public relations activities with both the
    trade and consumer media.
  • Accompanying press trips.
  • Handling day-to-day media liaison and enquiries.
  • Arranging press conference and lunch- maintain relationship with key
    media.

SALES ACTIVITIES

  • Direct sales activities. Providing individual sales service to the travel
    agents within the Asian countries. This will be achieved through
    personal and proactive sales calls and by regular communication by
    fax, email or direct mail. This is what we call Educational.
  • Niche sales activities. Targeting new Clients and market segments.
    This will be done by research, sales calls and building a database to
    specific niche markets like sports and golfing groups, exhibitions, spa..
  • Sales calls to corporate companies and in company business travel
    agencies. This will be followed up with monthly communication.
  • Production of a sales and marketing plan, in conjunction with the
    Client’s business and financial plan and needs.
  • Familiarization trips with Clients from specific market segments, which
    match the Client’s business needs. Travel agents for leisure, business
    travel agents for the individual corporate, and corporate decision
    makers for meetings and incentives.
  • Event management. Organizing and arranging showcases road shows
    and seminars to the client’s target audience.
  • Arranging targeted sales calls for clients who are visiting, countries
    within the Asian Countries
  • Assistance with contract negotiation in specific markets – tour
    operators and corporate.
  • Representation and arranging trade shows in Asia
  • Nurturing and establishing alliance with Asian partners (Airline for
    instance)
